In my role as an SAP Analyst, I provided hands-on support to users across various modules of SAP Business One, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. I developed custom query reports and Crystal Reports tailored to business needs, and played a key role in integrating store data into the SAP system.
Behind the scenes, I handled technical support for areas like email configuration and data integration, and contributed to process automation through the Service Layer API.
As a consultant, I was deeply involved in documenting both business processes and technical workflows to ensure clarity and continuity. I also mentored junior team members, guiding them through different SAP modules and best practices to build a stronger, more capable team.
