At Generika Drugstore, I supported SAP Business One users by developing custom queries for user reports, implementing formatted searches, designing Crystal Reports, and working with the Service Layer API. I also handled troubleshooting, and took an active role in mentoring and training junior SAP team members.
Before joining Generika as an SAP Analyst, I was involved in the development of medpadala.com.ph, an e-commerce platform focused on healthcare-related transactions. On the side, I also created WordPress websites for clients to showcase their profiles and services.
As an Online Trainer, I conducted training sessions for a client's participants, covering topics such as Microsoft Excel and AI Prompt Engineering. My role included preparing materials, delivering hands-on instruction, and ensuring participants gained practical, applicable skills.
